We aim to maintain clear and regular channels of communication with all our clients and contractors to support the objectives of each individual project.
Each TTS project has a lead consultant responsible for the organisation of design and other on-going project meetings which will keep all of the stakeholders involved in the decision making process. At all other times communication will be made via email and telephone conversations.
All communications on projects are logged into our Customer Relationship Manager software package Daylite that ensures that all members of TTS staff can access project notes/communications, on and off site, and assist in problem solving if the lead consultant is not immediately available.
